Danilo Silva has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT industry. Danilo started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at TeleTech in 2008 before moving on to work as a Senior Technical Support Analyst and Senior Operations Analyst at Locaweb from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they demonstrated proficiency in scripting and automation, particularly using Powershell, C#, Batch, and VB. Danilo was responsible for maintaining a large number of servers and websites, developing automated backup solutions, and creating data collectors and Grafana report charts. Danilo also gained experience in configuration management using tools such as System Center, CFEngine, GPO, and Powershell scripts.

In 2018, Danilo joined Cappta as a DevOps / Infrastructure Specialist for a brief period before transitioning to a role as a DevOps Engineer at Itaú Unibanco. At Itaú Unibanco, they worked until 2021 and contributed to the company's infrastructure management and development operations.

Following their tenure at Itaú Unibanco, Danilo joined ThoughtWorks in 2021 as a Lead Infrastructure Consultant, where they applied their expertise in infrastructure engineering and provided guidance on various projects. Danilo currently holds a position as an Infrastructure Engineer at Clutch, starting from December 2021.

Danilo Silva completed their education in the field of Information Technology. Danilo earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems of Information from Centro Universitário Senac in the years 2008-2013. Additionally, they attended the same university in 2008 and completed a brief program in Systems of Information from Universidade Paulista. Later, in 2017-2018, Danilo pursued a specialization in Cloud Computing, obtaining a postgraduate degree in Information Technology from Centro Universitário Senac.

In terms of certifications, Danilo has acquired several qualifications. In 2019, they received the DevOps Essentials Professional Certificate (DEPC) and the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf®. In 2017, they obtained the MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) for Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 from Microsoft. Danilo also holds the Duolingo Proficiency Exam in English: Advanced certification from Duolingo, acquired in 2015. In 2014 and 2016, Danilo obtained the Parallels Certified Automation Professional certification from Parallels, as well as the Plesk 12.5 Professional Certification and the Plesk 12.5 for Windows Expert Certification from Plesk.
