João Carlos Santos has been working in the tech industry since 2016. João Carlos began their career at Skyline Communications as a Senior Technical Account Manager, and then held roles as a Presales Engineer, Product Owner, DataMiner Trainer, Technical Account Manager, Operations Engineer, and System Engineer. In 2022, they joined Witbe as a Customer Success Manager.
