Jose Carlo Pajadan is an experienced e-commerce and marketing professional currently serving as an E-Commerce Operations Specialist at Witailer since August 2022. Previously, Jose held the position of Global eCommerce Intern at Henkel, where responsibilities included tracking e-commerce analytics, coordinating marketing efforts, and conducting A/B testing studies to enhance user experience. Earlier roles also include Marketing and Digital Communications Coordinator at FlosTea, focusing on customer engagement and promotional content creation, and a Marketing Intern role at Berlin Italian Communication UG, where email and social media strategies were developed. Jose holds a Master’s degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Bologna Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
