Pauljin K. serves as a Principal Business Intelligence Consultant at DTE Energy since February 2024 and has extensive experience in analytics and automation consulting at WIT Solutions since April 2011 as the Microsoft Fabric / Power BI Practice Area Lead. Previous roles include serving as Principal BI Consultant for North America at Stellantis, where Pauljin successfully managed a new Power BI implementation for the region, and held positions at various organizations including TI Fluid Systems, University of Michigan-Dearborn, Moen Incorporated, and Chrysler Group LLC, focusing on delivering large-scale analytical solutions and implementing data governance policies. Pauljin earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics with High Distinction from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor of Technology with Honors in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
