Chao-Yuen Ding has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as Function Manager in Org. & Talent Development at Wistron Neweb Corporation since October 2019. Previously, Chao-Yuen worked at ALPHA Networks Inc. as a Talent Acquisition specialist and served as a Training Specialist at UL, where responsibilities included facilitating corporate training and adapting course materials. From February 2011 to March 2015, Chao-Yuen held the position of Senior Project Associate/Assessor at DDI, focusing on leadership development and project coordination. Chao-Yuen earned a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from National Taiwan University.
