Colby Kyes is a Customer Enablement Manager at Wistia since November 2020, where responsibilities include managing multi-day webinars for a customer base of over 10,000 accounts, improving account retention, and serving as a subject matter expert. Previous roles at Wistia include Product Onboarding Specialist and Customer Champion, where customer relationships were managed and onboarding workflows were developed. Colby also worked as Field Director for The Committee to Elect Nick Matthew for Congress 2020, overseeing a team during a pandemic and collaborating on campaign strategies. Additional experience includes positions at Massachusetts Climate Action Network, Climable.org, Voter Choice Massachusetts, Hollister Staffing, C89.5 FM, and the University of Washington, focusing on policy, research, radio broadcasting, and animal care. Colby holds a degree in Environmental Studies from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from The Evergreen State College.
