Matthew LeBlanc, Ph.D., P.E. is a Senior Associate and Geotechnical Engineer at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. since July 2021, having previously held the position of Associate III in the same field. Prior to this role, extensive experience was acquired in the United States Air Force from January 2001 to July 2021, culminating in roles such as Geotechnical Engineering Program Chair, Assistant Professor, and various leadership positions within the Civil Engineer Division. Matthew LeBlanc holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Geotechnical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering, both from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
