Emma Rijnders is an experienced professional in talent development and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Development & Recruitment Specialist at Wispex since September 2023. Prior to this, Emma held various roles at Ampelmann Operations from June 2015 to September 2023, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator, showcasing a progressive career in talent acquisition and organizational support. Emma's early experience includes a traineeship at Hoge Raad der Nederlanden and a work-study position in crewing, complemented by an educational background in HBO rights from Hogeschool Leiden and a foundation degree in social work from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Emma completed secondary education in the HAVO program with a focus on culture and society.
