Charles Phan is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at Wisk since September 2022, Charles previously worked as Site Quality Manager at Aurora Flight Sciences from June 2019 to December 2020, where a Non Conformance Database was established and an Audit Team was integrated. At Panasonic Avionics Corporation, held the role of Sr. Staff Product Design Quality Engineer II from 2009 to 2019 and Corporate Quality Manager from 2001 to 2009, successfully managing the development of various aviation connectivity products. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at B/E Aerospace, where design work supported deployment solutions, and as Senior Mechanical System Design Engineer at Unisys Corporation. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University, completed in 1987.
