Terrence Frett is a highly experienced plant breeder currently serving as the Lead Plant Breeder at Wish Farms since February 2023. Prior to this role, Frett held various positions at Sun World International, LLC from 2015 to 2023, where responsibilities included Table Grape & Stone Fruit Breeder and Molecular Breeding Lead. Frett's expertise in molecular breeding was further developed during a consultation at Sun World International in 2015-2016 and earlier as a Research Assistant at the University of Arkansas from 2013 to 2016. Frett's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Plant Science and Fruit Breeding from the University of Arkansas, a Master's in Plant and Environmental Sciences from Clemson University, and a Bachelor's in Botany and Genetics from Lawrence University.
