Shosei Yoshimoto graduated from Keio University SFC and joined Nomura Research Institute Consulting Division in 2011. He specializes in energy and climate change policy and is engaged in consulting on policy planning for domestic and foreign governments (international organizations, central government agencies, and local governments). In addition to his main business, he is in charge of lectures on climate change policy for local government officials in developing countries at Keio University. Established WiseVine in March 2018.
