With previous experience as the Global Sell to Cash Director at Diageo for nearly 18 years, Paul demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing a team of 500 people globally and focusing on executing sell to cash processes, driving debtors % revenue improvement, delivering efficiency, and leading initiatives to improve working capital globally. Their educational background includes a degree in Business & Accounting from the University of Limerick.
