David James Moczygemba is an experienced technical support leader currently serving as the Lead Technical Support Engineer at Wisetail, an Intertek Company, since June 2021. In this role, David focuses on enhancing client platform experiences and addressing technical needs through strategic solutions. Prior to this, David accumulated extensive experience at UDP, Inc., where roles included Director of Data Center, Operations & Systems, and Director of Technical Services, overseeing data center policies, client needs analysis, and systems architecture. David's technical expertise also encompasses systems administration and programming, with a background in managing servers and developing custom applications. David began a career in service with USAA as a Service Representative. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of the Incarnate Word.
