Jessica Puckett has worked for multiple companies since 2003, beginning with Lerner Publishing Group as a Production Editor. Jessica then moved to Augsburg Fortress Publishers, also as a Production Editor. In 2007, they joined Capella University as a Business Analyst and Developmental Editor. In 2012, they became an Editor for Fairview Health Services. In 2019, they were a Business Analyst, Content Systems for Kaplan Professional. In 2021, they were a Senior Web Content Editor for American Addiction Centers. Currently, they are a Director, Content Development and Management for WiserCare, Inc.

Jessica Puckett is currently studying at the University of Minnesota.
