Xing Ma has worked in the business development, investment and key account management sectors since 2010. In 2010, Xing Ma began working as a Key Account Manager for HollySys Automation Technologies, a Nasdaq listed company. In 2013, Xing Ma moved to M-Invest as an Investment Operations Manager, based in Cambodia and travelling to nearby countries. In 2017, Xing Ma took on the role of Global Business Development Director at Wiseasy (СÖÇÈ«¾°), where they have been responsible for Android POS/terminals, Fintech APP development, Cloud based Terminal Management System, Cloud based payment platform, e-wallet, digital banking solutions and agency banking.

Xing Ma obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Hebei University of Economics and Business in 2004, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014, Xing Ma earned a Master's degree in International Business from Pa??¨¡stra University of Cambodia. In 2017, Xing Ma obtained an A2 German certification from Goethe-Institut e.V. and a BEC Vantage English certification from University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations.
