Chetna Shastry is an experienced professional in product operations and leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Limited Partner at Kopital Ventures and the Global Head of Product Operations at Wise, Chetna is focused on building the Product Operations function specifically for the card product. Prior to these positions, Chetna held advisory and investment roles at Loyal VC and XA Network, and served as the Customer Operations Director at BigSpring, leading the Customer Success function. Previous experience includes significant roles at Amazon Web Services as ASEAN Head of Growth for ISV, DNB, and at Uber as Regional New Product Strategy Lead and Head of SMB Restaurant Operations in Asia Pacific. Chetna also worked at Apple as a Channel Manager and at PayPal and Dell in software development engineering roles. Chetna holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from College of Engineering, Guindy.
