Michael Kenton started their career as a Branch Manager for Enterprise Holdings in 2006 and eventually climbed the ranks to become a Regional Director managing 15 individual profit centers and five distinct brands with a workforce of over 500 employees. In 2017, they joined Polly (formerly DealerPolicy) and worked as a Senior Director of Operations, Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Dealer Solutions, and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. During this time, they played a crucial role in leading strategic partnerships, sourcing, negotiating, signing, implementing, and managing them. Michael also provided institutional and industry knowledge to influence the build/buy/partner decision-making process and acted as the point of contact for high-profile partnerships and strategic alliances. Michael is currently working as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Wise F&I LLC, starting from June 2023.

Michael Kenton received their Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance from Saint Anselm College between 2002 and 2006.
