Alex Douglas, IT Technician, maintains, troubleshoots, and provides install and help-desk services for Wise Computer Consulting clients. He has been with WCC since September 2022.

Before his employment with WCC, he spent most of his time working in various roles, while focusing on his college studies.

Alex graduated from York Technical College with an Associates in Electronics Engineering Technology and an Associates in Computer Engineering Technology.

During his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, building computers, and working on mechanical projects.

He is dedicated to providing the very best customer service for his clients and has a strong willingness to learn new things from his mentors and peers to become a great technician.
