Kristin Long is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in career pathways and professional learning within the technical college system and K-12 education. Currently serving as a Professional Learning Consultant and Education Director for the Faculty Quality Assurance System in the Wisconsin Technical College System, Kristin provides leadership to 16 technical colleges to enhance student success through innovative professional learning experiences. Prior roles include Regional Career Pathways Director for Pathways Wisconsin, where Kristin led career pathway development, and Career Education Coordinator for Madison Metropolitan School District, focusing on personalized pathways and career education. Kristin's foundational experience includes positions at Madison Area Technical College and the Dane County School Consortium, emphasizing career readiness and apprenticeship programs. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University, a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and a School Counseling Certification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
