Dan Douglas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in production planning, baseball operations, and sales. Currently serving as a Production Planner at Wisconsin Oven since June 2023, Dan is responsible for overseeing the product flow throughout the production cycle and ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Previously, Dan held the position of Director of Baseball Operations & Player Development at GTS Baseball & Softball, where responsibilities included coordinating tryouts, scheduling practices and tournaments, and conducting development programs. Dan also has experience in service coordination and technical support at Thermal Product Solutions and Wisconsin Oven Corporation, along with providing instruction in baseball through various roles, including hitting instructor and coach. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, complemented by a minor in Political Science.
