Mick Xiong is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IS Technical Services Senior at the Wisconsin Department of Revenue since March 2023. Previously, Mick held the position of IT Support Specialist at Stark Company Realtors® from January 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing user accounts in various systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and training staff on new technologies. Prior experience includes roles as an Information Technology Technician at VIVA USA INC and TEKsystems, as well as providing IT support for the State of Wisconsin. Mick has a strong background in desktop support, audio-visual engineering for significant governmental events, and lifecycle management of IT assets, coupled with an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration from Chippewa Valley Technical College.
