Alex Ysquierdo, MSc, currently serves as the WI Supplier Diversity Program Director for the Wisconsin Department of Administration since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Diversity Business Development Manager at the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation and Assistant Vice President, Business Development Officer at Associated Bank, where responsibilities included managing loan and deposit relationships. Previous positions also encompass Vice President Branch Manager at BMO Harris Bank, Branch Manager at Summit Credit Union, and Sales Manager at U.S. Cellular. Alex holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Change from Edgewood College and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with an emphasis on Latin American Culture Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Further education includes a Master of Business Administration, expected to be completed by December 2025 at Edgewood College.
