Alan Hubbard is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at WIS International since September 2015, Alan oversees critical HR functions for a North American company with over 40,000 employees. Prior positions include Vice President of Total Rewards at H&R Block, Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits at The Plexus Groupe, and Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Rent-A-Center. Alan also held senior roles at Dow Corning as Chief Human Resources Officer and at Ball Corporation and Cadbury Schweppes in compensation and benefits positions. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Arizona State University and an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix.
