Jeremy Smith-Covey has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an ME1 at Harrah's Northern California since February 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at Wiring.com Inc. from September 2017. In 2014, they held the position of Engineering Operational Technician at Amazon, where they monitored various equipment and tracked power usage. From September 2013 to February 2014, they worked as a Journeyman at Walker Telecom. Their earliest work experience was as a Lead Technician at Local Communications from March 2000 to October 2011, where they gained knowledge and skills in working on different types of communication networks.

Jeremy Smith-Covey attended Bridgewater University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Data Communications.
