Jana Semmel is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in customer solutions and international sales. Currently serving as a Sales Executive at WireMasters since December 2018, Jana previously held positions at Identco as a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist and Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative from July 2016 to September 2018. Prior roles include Vertriebsinnendienst / International Sales at asecos GmbH from October 2000 to May 2016, as well as various functions in financial accounting at deugro and order processing and complaints management at Küche & Bad Hebeisen. Jana began a career in customer service as Teamleitung at ALNO AG from 1991 to 1993. Jana holds a degree in Aussenhandelsökonom from Fachhochschule für Aussenwirtschaft in Berlin and an earlier qualification as Groß- und Aussenhandelskaufmann from kaufmännische Berufsschule in Leipzig.
