Cecilia Hilton is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in leadership, project management, and coaching. Currently, Cecilia serves as the Founder and Owner of Time of Your Life AB, focusing on empowering individuals and teams to reach their full potential. In addition, Cecilia holds the position of Senior Scrum Master at WirelessCar, emphasizing reflection and agile coaching within R&D teams. Previous roles include managing Runacademy Sweden and teaching online Pregnancy Yoga, as well as consultancy and project management positions across various organizations. Cecilia's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Economics from Lund University and a Master's Degree in Media and Communication Studies from Malmö University, complemented by several specialized courses in project management and knowledge management.
