Ricardo Paiva is an experienced Production Manager at WireCo WorldGroup since October 2011, specializing in shop floor control, KPI analysis, productivity monitoring, production planning, and scheduling. Expertise includes continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S and Six Sigma projects, as well as the development of a Kanban system for lean projects and a Tool Warehouse system. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant at Deloitte from October 2006 to March 2008. Ricardo holds a Licentiate degree in Industrial Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and completed an internship in Industrial Engineering at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
