Geneviève Côté-Bussières is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client integration and supply chain project management. Currently serving as Responsable Intégration clients at WIPTEC since April 2022, Geneviève specializes in structuring and improving the client onboarding process. Prior to this, Geneviève worked at BRP from April 2021 to March 2022 as Chargée de projets Chaîne d'approvisionnement, where responsibilities included planning and managing supply chain optimization projects, leading inter-functional initiatives, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Geneviève also participated in the Défi 100 jours program at L'effet A to enhance professional development for women. From September 2013 to April 2021, Geneviève held the position of Conseillère principale en amélioration de la performance opérationnelle at Createch, focusing on performance improvement in manufacturing through Lean Manufacturing techniques. Geneviève holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, and a Diploma in Humanities from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf.
