Saikumar Jayakumar, FCIPD, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at Wipro, Saikumar previously held the position of Head of Human Resources for UK & Ireland at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited. Saikumar also dedicated time to professional development during a career break. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Tata Consultancy Services as HR Head for the Travel Transportation and Hospitality North America Business Unit, Geography Human Resources Business Partner for the UK, and HR Head for the Travel Transportation and Hospitality Business Unit.
