Felix Musau is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and network architecture, currently serving as the Country Account Manager for WIOCC in Kenya since April 2014, where responsibilities include driving revenue growth, client management, and market strategy development. Previously, Felix held positions such as Senior IP Network Architect and IP Network Architect, where expertise in customer solution design, capacity expansion budgeting, and network provisioning was demonstrated. Prior to WIOCC, roles at Safaricom included Team Lead in IP/MPLS Network Support, focusing on network operations and performance trend presentations, along with experience at SevenSeas Technologies Group and Airtel Kenya in presales and radio planning. Felix holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Strathmore Business School, a Certificate from IESE Business School, and a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University.
