Salem Al Noaimi serves as the Managing Director of the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund since May 2021 and as the Chairman of Wio UAE since May 2022. Previously, Salem held the position of Chairman at Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) from April 2018 to April 2022 and was the CEO and Managing Director of Waha Capital from August 2004 to April 2018. Early career experience includes serving as the Assistant Manager in the Investments Department at Dubai Islamic Bank from January 2002 to July 2004. Salem Al Noaimi holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University, obtained between 1996 and 2001, and completed the International Management Program at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2008.
