Jeff Vittone has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. In 2007, they served as a Contracting Officer with the United States Department of Defense before joining the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) in 2013. At DCMA, they held the positions of MOCAS Program Manager and Senior Acquisition Business Systems and Process Analyst. In 2016, they became the Senior Vice President at Ventech Solutions, and later moved on to Definitive Logic in 2019 as the Acquisition & Logistics Practice Director. That same year, they also became the President of Winvale and Vittone Farms, Inc. In 2020, they took on the role of Chairman of the Board at Tech For Troops and joined the University of Richmond's Customer Experience Program Advisory Board as a member.
Jeff Vittone's education history includes multiple degrees and certifications. In 1990-1991, they attended Henry Ford College, but their field of study and degree obtained are unknown. From 2003-2006, they attended Strayer University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Government Contracting & Acquisitions. Jeff pursued further education from 2006-2007, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Central Michigan University, with a focus in Business Administration and Management. In 2019, they attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business for Executive Education. Additionally, they hold a certification in Contracting Level III from the Defense Logistics Agency.
