Leslie M. Bady is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Projects at Wintrust Mortgage since September 2019, previously holding the position of Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Senior Project Manager. At PLS Financial Services, starting in April 2017, Leslie has been an Enterprise Senior Project Manager responsible for managing a team of six employees and overseeing complex, enterprise-level projects. Leslie also held project management roles at Spectrum Global Fund Administration and Bank One from 1990 to 2007. Leslie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Tuskegee University and a high school diploma from Luther High School South.
