Matt Guercio, CERP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk management and IT project management. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in the Enterprise Risk Management division at Wintrust Financial Corporation, Matt has significantly enhanced the Risk and Control Self-Assessment process and overseen the administration of the GRC tool, MetricStream. Matt's responsibilities include the development of risk metrics, governance of policies, and collaboration with internal audit and compliance teams.
