Martin Engman started their work experience in 2004 as an Airport security personnel at G4S. In 2007, they worked as an Examensarbete at Queensland University of Technology. From 2008 to 2013, they served as a Senior research engineer at Swerea KIMAB, where they led various national and international research projects. In 2013, they joined Novator Solutions AB as a System Developer, and later became a Department Manager and a System Architect. Martin Engman currently holds the position of CTO & Co-founder at Winteria, starting from May 2018.

Martin Engman has a diverse education history. Martin obtained a Civilingenjör degree in Teknisk fysik med materialvetenskap from Uppsala University in the year 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Gymnasietubildning in Energi from Forsmark skola from 1996 to 1998. Before that, from 1995 to 1996, they attended St Mikael skola for their Gymnasieskola studies in Naturvetenskap. Additionally, Martin Engman has achieved various certifications in LabVIEW from National Instruments. In December 2013, they became a Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer. In April 2014, they obtained the Certified LabVIEW Developer certification, and in July 2014, they attained the highest level of expertise as a Certified LabVIEW Architect.
