Nicole Heintzelman is the Public Services Manager at Winter Park Library, a position Nicole has held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Nicole served as the Head of Adult Services and Reference Librarian at Winter Park Public Library from November 2004 to June 2022. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Florida State University, a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Iowa (1994-1996), and an Associate's degree in General Studies from North Iowa Area Community College.
