Shai Sasson has held three roles in the past decade. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Manager at WINT - Water Intelligence, where they are responsible for managing Fortune 500 clients, leading customer engagement processes, and partnering with Sales teams on upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. From 2013 to 2021, they were a Client Services Manager at Mamilla Hotel, where they managed the customer journey and customer experience, led strategy, procedures, and training, and created segmented newsletters, email templates, and marketing collaterals. From 2010 to 2013, they were a Product Operations Manager at GuideYA! Tourism Services, where they led market research and strategy, managed the website's positioning, branding, functionality, and content, and improved the website's visibility, functionality, and content.
Shai Sasson has a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained between 2012 and 2015. Shai is currently taking HiTech Business Skills and Product Operations Management (PoMa) courses at Jolt.io. In 2016, they took an Online Marketing course at Tel Aviv University. Shai also took a Copywriting for Advertising and Mass Media Communication course at ACC college between 2009 and 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications in HubSpot Sales Software and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot.
