Keith Oncale is the head of school at Winston Preparatory School on Long Island. Keith has been with the organization since September 1993, serving first as the performing arts director and faculty member before being promoted to their current position. Prior to joining Winston Preparatory School, Keith was the director of music and performing arts director at the Boys and Girls Club of America from June 1991 to August 1993. Keith also spent two years as an associate professor at Mountainview College Conservatory from September 1997 to June 1999. Keith is a highly accomplished educator with a passion for helping students reach their full potential. Keith is committed to providing a well-rounded education that includes the arts, and they have been instrumental in developing Winston Preparatory School's award-winning performing arts program.

Keith Oncale has a Master's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Southern Methodist University. Keith also has a Bachelor's Degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General from the University of North Texas.
