Leon Viret has extensive experience in the manufacturing and paper industry, currently serving as Manufacturing Manager and Production Manager at Winstone Wallboards Ltd (GIB) since October 2013, with responsibilities centered on operational performance and staff development. In addition to this role, Leon Viret has been involved in a greenfields project as Manufacturing Operations Lead at WWB Ltd since July 2021. Previous positions include Paper Mill Manager at Nampak and roles at Norske Skog, where Leon Viret was engaged in continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Pulp and Paper Technology from Durban University of Technology and a B.Sc (ENG) in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
