Wiremu Tamati is an experienced business professional with a diverse background in project management, asset management, and military leadership. As the Business Owner of Kokai Contracting Ltd since April 2015, Wiremu has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and expertise. In a recent role as Projects Manager at Waihanga Ltd from November 2023 to April 2024, Wiremu further honed project management capabilities. Previous experience includes serving as Key Relationship Manager at Winstone Aggregates and holding the position of Assets Manager for Gisborne District Council, where Wiremu was responsible for the delivery and maintenance of assets as well as contract management. Wiremu's career began with a long tenure as a Military Officer in the New Zealand Army from January 1993 to December 2017.
