Scott Landau is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and executive compensation. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice at Winston & Strawn LLP since March 2015, Scott represents private equity clients and public companies in various transactions, including acquisitions and restructurings. Prior to this role, Scott was a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where similar legal services were provided from July 2008 to March 2015. Earlier experience includes a position as Special Counsel at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and as Legal Counsel at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where Scott led the Employee Benefits and Compensation Legal Group. Scott holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from Washington University in St. Louis.
