Herman Roshell has extensive experience in the finishing and shipping sector, holding key supervisory roles over a span of more than three decades. Currently serving as Finishing and Shipping Superintendent at Winston Plywood & Veneer since March 2021, Herman previously held the position of Finishing and Shipping Supervisor at Boise Cascade Company from July 2012 to March 2021. Prior to that, from July 1990 to November 2011, Herman worked at Georgia Pacific as a Finishing and Shipping Supervisor and later as Finishing and Shipping Superintendent. This cumulative experience showcases Herman's strong leadership and expertise in operational management within the industry.
