Tim Kelly is an experienced communication services professional currently serving as Vice President of Communication Services at Winston Benefits Inc since August 2021. Prior to this role, Tim was the Creative Director at CreativeSeven, llc from December 2006 to August 2021, where responsibilities included branding, creative development, and production management for various industries including healthcare and non-profit. Earlier experience includes working as Production Manager & Designer at Prism Marketing & Communications from April 2000 to December 2006, overseeing production design and department management. Tim holds a BA in Advertising & Fine Art from West Virginia University, completed in 1994, and completed Designlab educational programs in early 2021.
