Dennis Young is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and information technology management. Currently serving as the Vice President of Software Development at Winston Benefits since December 2014, Dennis also held the role of Director of Software Development, where responsibility included ownership of the Software Development Lifecycle and management of a $2.25 million annual budget. Prior to this, Dennis served as the Director of Information Technology at Direct Success Incorporated, overseeing operations for IT departments in two states and managing a budget of $3 million. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Software Engineering at MDTablet and Chief Programmer at Elden Associates. Dennis holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Monmouth University.
