Amanda Braswell is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent services and human resources. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Services at WinShape Foundation since January 2022, Amanda has previously held roles such as Senior Advisor and Advisor in the same field. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lionheart Children's Academy from September 2015 to January 2022, where Amanda managed the recruiting and on-boarding processes while enhancing employee relations. Amanda also has experience as Foster Care SW III at Gaston County DSS and as Targeted Case Manager at Achieve Case Management. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences from Berry College.
