Kelly Fluharty is an experienced public health professional with a comprehensive background in care transformation and epidemiology. Currently serving as Care Transformation Manager and Community Care Organization Manager at Winona Health since November 2015, Kelly has previously held positions at the Jefferson County Department of Health, where responsibilities included supervising staff and conducting epidemiological investigations. Earlier, Kelly worked as a Public Health Liaison at the St. Louis County Department of Health, facilitating connections between hospitals and public health resources. Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from Beloit College.
