Silviu Ionut Rus has worked in the Quality Assurance field since 2013. Silviu Ionut began their career as a QA Tester at ADMATICA. Silviu Ionut then went on to work as a QC Tester at Cognizant Softvision, where they were responsible for quality control procedures and updating test cases. In 2016, they worked as a QA Engineer at both ServUsTECH and Paddy Power Betfair. Silviu Ionut then moved on to 8x8 as a Quality Engineer in 2018, and is currently working as a QA Engineer at Winnow since 2019.

Silviu Ionut Rus attended FastTrackIt in 2015 for a QA Automation training course. From 2010 to 2011, they attended UTCN Cluj-Napoca for a Tehnologia instalațiilor/Instalator degree. In June 2020, they obtained an Advanced Selenium: Support Classes certification from LinkedIn.
