Jihad RACHIDI has been working in the technical support field since 2014. Jihad started as a Technical Support Executive at DYNA INFO, then moved to Admine support representative at Life Pharmacy in 2018. In 2019, they became a Visa submission officer at VFS Global, and in 2021 they took on the role of Technical Support Engineer at Winnow.

Jihad RACHIDI has an education history that spans from 2010 to 2021. From 2010 to 2012, they attended ISTA Ifrane and obtained a Technicien Specialisé in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician. From 2012 to 2013, they attended CADC Akhawayn University and obtained a BA in audio visuel et infographie. From 2013 to 2014, they attended FST (Faculty of sciences and techniques) and obtained a BA in engineering of systems and computer networks in FST. In 2021, they obtained an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
