Tony LeBlanc has a strong background in circulation, reader sales, and service management within the newspaper industry. Tony has held various positions throughout their career, starting with the role of Rural District Manager - East District at Thunder Bay Chronicle-Journal from 1993 to 1995. In this role, they were responsible for distribution, service, sales, and collections for all rural areas east of Thunder Bay. Tony also played a key role in carrier and driver recruitment and training.

LeBlanc then moved on to become the City District Manager at Thunder Bay Chronicle-Journal from 1995 to 2002. During this time, they oversaw the distribution, service, sales, and collections for the city district.

From 2002 to 2006, LeBlanc served as the Insert Distribution Manager at Thunder Bay Chronicle-Journal, where they were responsible for managing insert distribution for the newspaper.

LeBlanc then joined Lethbridge Herald as the Director of Circulation/Reader Sales & Service from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their regular responsibilities, they also managed the Business Office and served as the Financial Director of the "Food For Thought" licensed charity foundation, raising money for school breakfast programs.

After that, LeBlanc became the Director of Circulation/Reader Sales & Service at WinnipegSun from 2010 to 2013. Tony had similar responsibilities as their previous position and also managed local circulation offices for Sun Media's community papers in Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario.

Currently, LeBlanc holds the position of Vice President of Audience Development at Winnipeg Free Press, a position they have held since 2013. In this role, they are responsible for various departments, including the Circulation Department, Shipping Department, Call Center, and Flyer Advantage. Tony'sresponsibilities include newspaper sales and marketing, subscriber retention strategies, customer service, and overseeing distribution agreements with third-party vendors. Tony is also involved in implementing new revenue streams and readership strategies for the organization.

Tony LeBlanc attended Lakehead University from 1987 to 1993, where they studied Geography and Economics. No further information regarding the field of study was given.
