Lovisa Carstensen has a diverse work experience. Lovisa began their career as a Gymnastics Leader for Hindås Gymnastics in 2010. In 2014, they worked as a Demonstrator for Loviseberg Råsaft, and as an E-commerce, Warehouse Worker for Lindex. In 2016, they were a Waitress at Point of View Cafe, and in 2017, they were a Comfort Operator at SJ AB. In 2018, they were a Warehouse Worker at Dagab Inköp & Logistics AB. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Inteleon AB as a Quality Lead and Service Hero. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Winningtemp.

Lovisa Carstensen attended Hulebäcksgymnasiet from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained their degree in Estetiska programmet with a focus on Dans. In 2022, they completed a 200h Teacher Training at Authentic Flow with a focus on Embodied yoga.
